Born in India, Shirgun Maroo graduated Summa Cum Laude from UA Little Rock in 2026. He is now a mechanical engineer with hands-on experience in design, manufacturing systems, and engineering analysis. He has a strong interest in solving real-world problems through practical, data-driven engineering solutions.  He is particularly interested in roles involving manufacturing, product development, and quality engineering. Shirgun is passionate about the medical device industry. He has conducted research in materials and biomedical applications as well as designed and fabricated 3D printed scaffolds for intestinal modeling and worked on micro-electrode array optimization for real-time monitoring systems.
