Amber serves on Mayor Frank Scott, Jr.'s policy team and leads the Office of Engagement and Opportunity. She connects residents and City team members to build a Little Rock where all people can engage, prosper, and lead lives of purpose. She also co-manages Ajayi Jackson, LLC, a consulting firm that helps clients achieve their goals through capacity-building and collaboration, facilitation, and programming. Amber leverages her skills and experience in social service programming and team building to deliver effective and impactful solutions.
